Day #12 Quitter

For fans of Jon Acuff, blogger and speaker extrordanaire says that if a dreamis worth committing to it is worth doing at 5 am.   Jon started his blog Stuff Christians Like by getting up daily at 5 am to blog.  He later penned the book Quitter that  is all about moving from your day job to your dream job without killing your family finances.

So what does this have to do with health and fitness?

We all have a dream of what we want our bodies to look like.  The work toward the fulfillment of that dream might just have to take place at 5 am.  Right now my workout time is in the evening.  What I know is that we are on the cusp of baesball season, which means my nights are taken. Which leaves me with two options, quit on my dream body or move working on my dream at 5 am.

Rising before the sun is never my favorite option, but if it means stay on task toward  moving the dial closer to what I want to be or being a quitter, I'll take the 5 a start time. One day I may quit my day job for my dream job, but 5 am will not keep me from my dream body.
